Criticism.

First at all I want to say hello to everybody, as we know everyone criticisms the words or work of your partner but Do you know how to say a  good criticism? the common mistakes that everybody makes are: Style, Grammar and the Kind of of critic. 
This are going to be very useful because in the work, in the school and even in your house you can use it and develop therefore it is very important to say in a good way. 
As I said the Style is a common mistake. Long sentences is a problem because it is to long and lose the effect of the criticism. Lack of details it is a huge problem because you are not saying everything hence are going to produce that the person do not understand and probably are going to commit again the same mistake. Informal language such as use personal pronouns for example I think, I feel or we wonder. 
Grammar it is another important issue. When you are going to say a criticism it very important that you avoid grammar mistakes, spelling mistakes or pronunciation mistakes. If you commit this mistakes the person are going to think he, she or they are criticize me but they do not know how to speak english. 
The Kinds of criticism are: Constructive, Negative, Positive and Effective. 
Actually I believe that the best criticism are the constructive because this kind of criticism are going to help to develop yourself and to say to people that they are not developing a good role in your team. 
I this advices will help you in your professional and personal life. 

The seven rules of rhetoric.

If you want to write or say a good speech it is very important that you pay attention for the followings advices that will help you. In the speeches are seven rules of rhetoric that will help you to connect you with your public.
1.- Repeat words.
2.- Repeat sounds.
3.-Use contrasts and opposites.
4.-Group key points in threes.
5.-Ask rhetorical question.
6.-Accumulate supporting points.
7.-Metaphorical language.

This seven rules are very useful because important people use it and they produce important impacts to their audiences. Such as: Martin Luther King, Margaret Thatcher, John F. Kennedy and Nelson Mandela.
Also if you want to say a speech it is good if you see videos of important people saying speeches you can learn and also you can say it in the same way of course only phrases not all the speech. I will attach you links of important people saying speeches this will help you a lot in the moment that you are going to say your speech.

International Congress of Engineerings.

Hello everybody, I assisted in the International Congress of Engineering. I will show you what were my activities and also the most important conferences.

In the begging of the congress was a good speech gave by Dr. James Stewart. He is an important professor of Math and he made our Calculus’s book. He presented his new knowledge about math and new software that he produced with the intention to teach better and faster.

Another important conference was Lean Construction actually I did not know anything about that issue but I learned to mucho because the main idea is try always to improve the profitable with fewer sources. The professor said that this is not only a kind of administration is a way of life that you need to adapt to your normal life.

Powertrain Systems was another interesting congress was given by an important employee of Volkswagen. He gave new ideas of fusels like bio fusels this king of fusels can help a lot the environment because this kind of bio fusels can reduce the CO2 in the atmosphere but they are looking the way to decrease the prices because it is very expensive to the firm produce this kind of fusels.

And I want to add that I improve more my vocabulary because in almost all the conferences was in English but I did not know some words and I research that words. For example: Foundry: this mean apply a lot of heat in an iron. Yield: the capacity to produce something. Scrap: is something that you do not need and you need to take over. Casting: this work has almost the same meaning of foundry. Stirring: it is something that moves a lot a synonym it could be shake. Tweezers: it is a tool which you can hold a strange thing or dangerous.

Liver: is a vital organ present in vertebrates and some other animals. It has a wide range of functions, including detoxification, protein synthesis, and production of biochemicals necessary for digestion 

Breast:  is the upper ventral region of the torso of a primate, in left and right sides, which in a female contains the mammary  gland that secretes milk used to feed infants. 

Urinary bladder:  is the organ that collects urine excreted by the kidneys before disposal by urination.Bladders occur throughout much of the animal kingdom, but are very diverse in form and in some cases are not homologous with the urinary bladder in humans.

Kidney: The kidneys are paired organs with several functions. They are seen in many types of animals, including vertebrates and some invertebrates. They are an essential part of the urinary system and also serve homeostatic functions such as the regulation of electrolytes, maintenance of acid-base balance, and regulation of blood pressure.

Bone marrow: is the flexible tissue found in the hollow interior of bones In adults, marrow in large bones produces new blood cells It constitutes 4% of the total body weight of humans, i.e. approximately 2.6 kg (5.7 lbs.) in adults.

Stem cells: the cells have two important characteristics. The fist characteristic is they continue to grow and proliferate, maintaining a pool of cells just like itself for possible future uses (self-renewal).

The second characteristic it can differentiate into a particular specialized cell type,l such as a muscle or blood cell.

Business Vocabulary.

Giving the shoots: if you call the shoots, you are chief.

Face the music: this means that you face the situations 

Sit on the fence: you're in a neutral point of view.

Carrying the can: you take the blame.

Crossing the line: you're passing the limit.

Chair person: is the person in the meeting who takes the control and organize the discussions. 

Plummet: is a drop but is a strong fall. 

Sued: is when a person is not convinced and want the political backup. 

Advices to write an e-mail

Hi everyone, as everybody knows my name is Raziel Amador Ríos my degree is  Biotechnology Engineering. I'm studying in Tecnológico de Monterrey in Puebla. I have a subject that is Business English in that class my teacher gave me important advices to write an e-mail.

 It's very important to write a short and direct title for your e-mail remember that your professors have a lot students and different  classes and you must to be very direct and specific.

You need to select few e-mail remind that in business it's not good to send an enormous chain of e-mails that looks unprofessional.

When you write in the white space you must to be very direct because a log text is very boring and is not specific. The correct way to write in the white space are the following text . You must to be very direct and only give the most important characteristics  and if you want to give more details you can add a document word also use bullet points this can help you. It's very important the greetings and be polite and don't forget the regards. You must have in mind to write in a formal way and the spelling mistakes.

I hope that this advices are useful for you because in this time send e-mail is very important and you must do it very well.
